About Me

Sinem Sarıca

Clinical Psychologist · CBT & Existential Therapy

I'm a clinical psychologist based in Germany. I graduated from Maltepe University's English-language Psychology program with honors, and completed my master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Okan University.

I provide online therapy sessions in Turkish to clients living in Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, and Turkey. I work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Existential Therapy approaches.

My Journey in Existential Therapy

After years of working with CBT, I felt the need to explore the deeper layers of human experience. Questions like "Who am I?", "What gives my life meaning?", and "How do I live authentically?" led me to Existential Therapy. I completed a 2-year training program and earned my certification.

Today I combine the structured, evidence-based approach of CBT with the depth and philosophical richness of Existential Therapy, offering my clients a unique and comprehensive therapeutic experience.

My Therapeutic Approach

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
I help identify and transform negative thought patterns and behaviors. CBT is an evidence-based method that is particularly effective for anxiety, depression, and stress.
Existential Therapy
We explore fundamental questions of human existence together: meaning, freedom, responsibility, loneliness, and mortality. This approach goes beyond symptoms to examine the roots of your experience.
