What is depression?

Depression is more than just feeling sad. It's a condition that deeply affects your thoughts, emotions, and behavior — including prolonged low mood, energy loss, and decreased interest in daily activities.

Depression is very common and nothing to be ashamed of. Recovery is possible with the right therapeutic approach.

How I work

With CBT, we identify the negative thought patterns that feed depression. We work on recognizing and transforming automatic thoughts like "Nothing will ever change" or "I'm not good enough."

Through Existential Therapy, we explore the deeper roots of depression — loss of meaning, loneliness, and life purpose. The goal is not just to reduce symptoms but to help you reconnect with life.
